Returns Policy

We are currently offering an extended returns policy for any item(s) purchased as a Xmas gift. The returned item(s) must be received by the 7th January for it to be processed for an exchange or refund.

Please note we hand check all orders before they are dispatched to ensure they are to the highest standard.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to give a full refund, or an exchange within 14 days of receipt of goods.

Please return the item(s) to us in their original condition complete with un-detached labels.

On receipt of goods we will inspect the item(s) after which a refund will be issued or an exchange processed (excluding original shipping charges).

Please allow 5 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement. We are not responsible for postage costs of returning an item unless the wrong item was sent.

We suggest a recorded delivery is used to return items to us. We are not liable for any returned packages lost or damaged in the post and do not accept responsibility for any item(s) until a member of our staff has signed for the package.

Any items returned which do not comply with the returns policy will be sent back at your cost and will not be accepted for a refund.

This will not affect your statutory rights.
